ABOUT

i am heavily inspired by andy warhol’s pop art. as far as my style and color palette choice goes, i find my myself creating things that bring me joy, connect with my inner child, and celebrate my identity. i love to take queer icons (i.e. indya moore, freddy mercury, sasha velour, etc.) and turn them into their most vibrant and colorful versions of themselves. the color explosion represents my playfulness and childlike excitement. as a queer person, i have found that i often feel like my childhood was interrupted by societal expectations and being pushed into a box i never felt like i belonged. i am in my celebratory era of my identity and found that my art is very much inspired by that.
