ABOUT
Rise Market was founded by Allyson Lea and Elijah Gray in 2020. As a queer, trans, and multi-racial couple the two small business owners imagined a marketplace that honored their unique identities and fostered community with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ally [she/they] is a white cis-gender cellulite-loving queer femme and designer •
• Eli [t/he/y] is a bi-racial trans masc non-binary person of color and a radical queer •
Rise was born in pursuit of this vision, and we are now guided by our core values: equity, community and innovation.
