My goal as a professional in this space is to be the coach with whom people can feel safe, seen, and accepted.

MORE

"Hi! My name is Tyler (but you can also call me glitter boy ¯\_🤩_/¯  ) I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for over 5 years now. I’ve witnessed this industry change and evolve over the years. I’ve also seen and experienced plenty of the perniciousness that this industry can bring (toxic masculinity, body-shaming, bullying.)

My goal as a professional in this space is to be the coach with whom people can feel safe, seen, and accepted. My goal isn’t to help people achieve some predetermined industry standard or to shove dogmatic approaches down their throats.

I want to help people become their truest, most authentic, and fulfilled versions of themselves 🥰🌟🌈 Fitness has allowed me to continue my own endless pursuit of that version of myself, and I’m so endlessly grateful that my job is getting to help people do the same ❤️" - Tyler Jacob Villarreal @theleftistlifter (he/him)
